RETURNS
US Customers: We accept items still in their original/sellable condition back for return or exchange for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item(s)* must be unused and in the same condition that they were shipped to you in. If the item(s) are sold & shipped in shrink wrap or other such sealed packaging — such as our Delve Deck card sets and beach balls — they must also be in the original packaging. Opened/unsealed products are ineligible for return/exchange.
*NOTE: We take great care in packaging our activity books, spiral notebooks, journals, and Delve Deck card sets securely prior to shipment to guard against damage in transit. If they are not returned to our offices in secure packaging they may incur damage in transit that renders them ineligible for exchange or refund. Keep this in mind when packing up items to send back to us for return/exchange.
Clearance, seasonal, or limited edition items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. All sales for items of this nature are final.
This also extends to any custom items, such as shirts printed upon special request that do not fall within our standard style, color, or size offerings. Custom-printed items of this nature are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. All custom item sales are final.
In some situations only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
International Customers: We are unable to accept returns on international shipments, but if there is a problem with your order please contact us via email at hello@boredwalk.com and we will do our best to provide a solution.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
• If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
• Processing time of refunded amounts varies based on the speed with which the bank that issued the credit card to you typically handle such transactions. This is usually 3-5 business days but can be longer.
CHARGEBACKS
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us via email at hello@boredwalk.com to resolve it. We ship orders in good faith and our ability to operate our business hinges on getting paid for the goods we ship. Filing a chargeback for merchandise marked as delivered and not returned to us for a refund will result in turning over the debt to collections. You may be charged additional fees as incurred by us for any chargeback activity deemed fraudulent.
SHIPPING
To return your product, please include your order number printed or legibly written on a slip of paper with your product and mail to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
MISSING PACKAGES
If you are unable to locate a package that has been marked "delivered" by the shipping carrier, please contact us within 2-14 days of the package being marked delivered. We cannot assist with locating packages marked "delivered" if more than 14 days have passed since the order was marked delivered by the shipping carrier.
